Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are recruiting for a Senior / Recruitment Consultant to join our established Worthing town centre office.
This is a hands on role, initially joining and leading a small team of consultants, responsible for the recruitment and supply of temporary staff into the care sector.
Do you have Recruitment experience? Have you worked within the Care industry? This role would ideally suit someone who has a blend of experience in Recruitment & Care, however we welcome applications from those who may have a passion for entering the Care/Recruitment industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Temporary worker Selection: Identify and asses candidates to match client requirements.
- High-Quality Service: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.
- Sales Targets: Develop the client base in-line with achievable sales goals.
- Provide an out of hours service to our clients & temporary workers, on a rota basis.

Package:
A basic starting salary of £26,000 to £31,500, a competitve uncapped commission structure, and qualification for a company car or monthly car allowance.

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
