Customer Service Advisor, Petersfield

The Best Connection are currently looking for a Stock Controller/Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Petersfield.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Inspect and manage linen stock levels to ensure we meet customer and site needs.
- Ensure stock is in good condition and maintain quality standards.
- Process customer requests for stock increases or decreases and stock audits.
- Help with the purchase, processing, and installation of new stock for new clients
- Respond to customer queries by phone, email, or in person.
- Provide accurate product information and order updates.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled on time.
- Record and document information accurately on company systems.
- Handle customer returns promptly.
The successful candidate will require a drivers license and have experience in customer service.
Basic IT skills in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word experience is desirable.
Working 07:00-16:45 Monday-Friday on an ongoing temp to perm basis.
£11.44 per hour with a potential pay increase once permanent.
