Care Assistant, Littlehampton

Care Connection are looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join a lovely welcoming Residential care home in the Angmering Area

Pay rate starts from £11.45 with an enhancements at weekends and experience dependant

Responsibilities

Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents
Daily and nightly checks
Promoting Person Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity
Promoting independence and support to residents
Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, providing assistance with feeding
Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home’s community
Recording of resident’s daily logbooks and food/fluid intake
Supporting the home with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks
