Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, ensuring their presentation meets high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily menus, taking into account dietary needs and customer preferences.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the other Cooks to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking methods, incorporating them into your culinary creations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
Excellent time management skills, ensuring dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.
Attention to detail, ensuring dishes are plated beautifully and meet high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays, as required.
