We are Recruiting Experienced Care Assistants, to work for our client in their residential home near Melksham!

This is the ideal role if you are looking for a fully flexible position where no day is the same!

You will be able to pick and choose the hours and services you want to work in!

This is a Temporary, ad hoc role, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area!

The Role

This residential home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room and is encoraged to personalise these as they wish.

Adapting a nurturing and compassionate aproach to your support, and understanding that person centred care is of the utmost importance and you will follow care plans to enable the individual to be as independent as possible.

You will have excellent communication skills and have the experience and confidence to hit the ground running in any care setting and be able to work well as part of a team. 

You will be passionate about helping others to live their best lives.

You will enjoy working in a variety of different care settings across the Wiltshire area.

Day-to-Day tasks could include:
 

Help getting in and out of bed. 
Washing and bathing. 
Dressing. 
Preparing drinks. 
Assisting with medication. 
Toileting. 
Assisting with mealtimes. 
Domestic duties.
