Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are looking for Temporary Support Workers to work for our clients in the Melksham area!
Care Connection, is an established agency with many years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing high quality Care and Support staff.
As an Agency Support Worker you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services across Wiltshire.
You will promote choice as your number one priority to enable you to support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.
Understanding that each individual has varying needs, you will follow support plans and adjust your support accordingly, to enable you to deliver high-quality person-centred care to each individual, enabling them to live life as they choose.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping with their daily routines, or assisting to go shopping and attend appointments, and access the community and social activities.
Day-to-Day tasks could include:
Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Attending clubs and other social activities.

This is a temporary role, where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability. The shifts are ad hoc, covering staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays for our clients.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship.
