Our journey in providing specialist staffing solutions for the health and social care market began in 2014, with the creation of Bailey Care Services. With a vision to provide exceptional staffing solutions to the healthcare sector, over the years, we have strived to build not just a client network but a community of dedicated workers and long-term partners.

Our Evolution

Originally focusing on serving our clients and candidates in the East and West Sussex area, our reputation quickly grew, and our branch network extended.

With an ever-growing pool of exceptional candidates, we are able to service clients in a variety of health care settings including nursing homes, care homes and supported living environments.

Our Future

In 2023, Bailey Care Services evolved to become Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection.
This merger has enabled us to retain our industry expertise and experience, whilst harnessing the benefits of a national UK-leading recruitment company with a network of over 85 branches and dedicated head office support.
