Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement. 🔄
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. 💬
- Actively promote our services to attract new clients and vacancies. 📣
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve targets and objectives. 🎯
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and candidates. 🤝
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. 📈
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360-degree role. 💼
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. 🎯
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 💬
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 🚀
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. 🌟
- Knowledge of relevant recruitment legislation and regulations. ⚖️
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 ⏰
