Your culinary skills will play a vital role in providing nutritious and delicious meals to those in need. In this rewarding role, you will not only be responsible for preparing meals that cater to a variety of dietary needs but also for creating a warm and inviting kitchen atmosphere. You'll work closely with a team of professionals who share your love for food and commitment to health.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals for clients, staff, and visitors.
Follow dietary guidelines and special dietary requirements as outlined.
Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean, organized, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Collaborate with dietitians and medical staff to create menu options that accommodate client’s needs.
Monitor food preparation techniques to maintain quality and taste.
Participate in food tastings and menu development with the culinary team.
Permanent position after a 16 week qualifying period
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to prepare meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- DBS clearance and competency check completion

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
