Due to growth and expanding our business, Care Connection are recruiting experienced Care Assistants in the Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham areas.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene.
Monitor and record clients' dietary intake, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals about clients' needs and progress.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe, clean environment.

Requirements

A genuine passion for helping others and providing care.
Previous experience in caregiving or a UK Healthcare setting is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of basic first aid.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward challenging situations.

Undergo DBS check and competency based E-learning modules
